CBCP: No more Politics for us!
The Church has spoken....... no more interferance from them anymore! There sticking to their role as a religious organization and will no longer take part in any political activities in the country. Ngayong wala na si Cardinal Sin, ang lame na ang Simbahan. They shrinked. They chickened out. The flock expect them to condemn cheating. And they didn't. They let the cheater get away with it.....
Our pastoral role and our stand… Our role is not to point out a specific political option… Specially when… on a speculative and contrivertable basis… No particular option.. can be the only one demanded by the Gospel… In humility and truth… our collective decision is.. we do not demand her resignation… Neither do we say she should ignore… demands for resignation… impeachment…
I stll don't understand this. I don't know if they are for or against her. I know that they do not want to be involved but this statement says that they are for GMA. ....
A moral institution doesn't want to get involved. Ngayon, saan tayo hahanap ng bagong spiritual guide sa kaguluhang ito kung ang Simbahan nga ayaw makialam? Haaay nako...
